Connect Aquor hydrants to 1/2″ PEX in seconds. Designed for use with cold-expansion 1/2″ PEX tubing. Expand your PEX line, then let it shrink onto the fitting to achieve a permanent, air-tight pressure seal.
Compatible with all Aquor hydrants and outlets except Ground Hydrants.
1. If applicable, remove existing hydrant inlet by unscrewing counterclockwise. Ensure the O-ring
on hydrant body is properly seated.
Note: DO NOT use Teflon tape on hydrant body threads. This may cause leaks. Teflon tape
should ONLY be used on plumbing connection (fitting) threads.
2. Attach elbow inlet to hydrant body by threading clockwise.
3. Attach to PEX tubing using appropriate tool and expansion ring.
