• HEAVY GAUGE STEEL TANK – for extra years of trouble-free service.
• INNER TANK GLASS-LINED – with Dura-Glas™and fired at 1600° F for optimum protection from the effects of corrosion.
• R-16 NON-CFC FOAM INSULATED – to save energy and reduce fuel costs by maximizing heat retention.
• HEAVY DUTY ANODE ROD – to prolong tank life.
• AUTOMATIC NON-ELECTRIC GAS THERMOSTAT ADJUSTABLE TO 160° F – When installed with a mixing valve, these water heaters can deliver 160° F sanitizing & 140° F general purpose hot water simultaneously.
• COMBUSTION CHAMBER DOOR – including bolted exterior outside access & sliding inner door to sequester burner & pilot area for added safety.
• FACTORY INSTALLED ENERGY CUT-OFF SYSTEM & PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE RELIEF VALVE.
• SMALL VENT SIZE & TOP MOUNT 1" OR 1 1/4” WATER CONNECTIONS RESPECTIVELY – ensures universal replacement of all other brands. (G75-T2 AS = 1" & G100-T2 AS = 1 ¼").
• AMERICAN STANDARD GAS WATER HEATERS & FOR 150 PSI WORKING PRESSURE.– are certified at 300 PSI test pressure & for 150 PSI working pressure.
• ALL TANKS ARE HYDROSTATICALLY TESTED AT THE FACTORY.
• TESTED & ETL LISTED WITH INTERTEK – in accordance with ANSIZ21.10.3 as an automatic storage and/or automatic circulating tank heater. ASHRAE Standard 90.1 1999 addendum 90.1b. ETL Listed to meet NSF/ANSI 5 Standards.
